Payment
Foundry accepts payment via Pay Pal from your bank account, debit or credit card. Cheques and money orders are not accepted.

Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 3-4 working days, and advised via email notification. Delivery time upon leaving our studio varies depending on your location.
Postage costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the order – we keep delivery fees as low as possible and do not profit from them. If you have any questions about shipping please contact us.

SHIPPING
— Australia Post
Regular: Delivery time of 1-5 days following dispatch within Australia. Delivery times can vary – particularly in peak times – though if you have not received your goods 5 days after they are sent then please get in touch.
International: Delivery time of approximately 10 days following dispatch to most international locations from Australia. Delivery times can vary – particularly in peak times – though if you have not received your goods 10 days after they are sent then please get in touch. Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are very happy with your purchases. If something is damaged during transportation, we will replace it for you. Any claim for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receipt, and returned to us within 14 days with your customer details. You will be required to pay for the return postage however the replaced product will be delivered free of charge. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, and we cannot exchange your goods.
If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.

PRICES
All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices a required.

We respect your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit.
